Refund policy

To request an exchange or return, please contact the Wear Luvensi team by email within 7 calendar days of order collection, providing:

Reason for the request

After contact, our team will respond within 48 business hours with shipping instructions.

For the exchange to be accepted, the product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and with all accessories. Products that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.

Attention: Requests made after 7 calendar days are not eligible for Wear Luvensi exchange or return policy.

Defective Products

Exchanges will only be made if the product has a manufacturing defect.

Purchase Cancellation

Cancellation must be requested within 24 hours of payment.

Additional Information

The tracking code may take up to 10 days to update on the postal service website. During this period, the message “Item not found” may commonly appear.

Because we work with different suppliers, some items from the same order may arrive separately.

There may be a slight color variation due to the screen settings of each device, as well as a 1 to 3 cm difference in product measurements (a common variation in fashion).

Wear Luvensi is not responsible for addresses incorrectly registered by the customer. In these cases, we do not offer refunds.

If the product is returned to the sender due to the recipient's absence, incorrect address, or failure to pick up at the post office, a reshipping fee will be charged.

By completing a purchase, the customer declares to be aware of and in agreement with all the above conditions, including delivery times and any logistical delays.
